I'm new here. I'm working on loosing about 30 pounds. I obviously seek to look better but I also seek to feel better. I'm tired of being tired. Any new friends or advice is welcomed. I've started last week at 169pounds and this week I'm down to 164. I'm drinking a lot of water and eating healthier and more often with portion control but I do get a little mixed up "what is a healtier alternative" I've been eating a lot of lean meats and vegtables. I just cannot find any advice on what time of day is okay for carbs and starches and which ones? Any help will be so appreciated.
