You basically just need to eat more. If you get full, then eat more calorically dense foods.

Nuts and seeds (and nut and seed butters)
    Avocado
Cheese and other full fat dairy
    Salad Dressings
    Ice cream
    Pop-tarts
    Bacon
    Cook with oil.

Which ones are 'best' depends on your diet as a whole and your macro targets and personal preferences.

Thx for the list but it looks like I'm still going to have to watch the sugars and salt in take right!

Not at all. Make sure you get a bunch of nutrient dense foods, but you do not have to specifically watch sugars or salt unless you have a medical condition that requires you to.

I tried your suggestion and it's the real deal! Even though I'm gaining weight I got watch out for the jelly belly.... Because I don't like sit ups nor any type of abs workout!

Please don't be mislead into believing that spot reduction is real. The way your body stores fat is unique and genetic. Doing 1000 sit ups won't help with your tummy rolls - general weight loss will reduce the bf℅ but where it burns from is decided by your body.

Alternatively you could train the abs to hypertrophy and build mass - therefore becoming visible at a higher bf%.
The term "washboard abs" is actually a misconception of malnourishment... You're simply not carrying any body fat , so you see those crappy "abs".
