First day...

I want to learn how to be healthy again. In high-school /college I was physically fit and now..not so much. Please help with suggestions to loose wight, recipe ideas,fun work outs to try, and motivation! I am notorious for having a hard time to get started, but once I am either at the gym or outdoor activity I am fine. I would like some input as to how to overcome these hurdles permanently. Cheers!
