Help with BMR!

My BMR says Im on 1307 calories a day.. so does that mean I should eat less than that to lose weight?

  • No, 1307 calories a day is how much your body needs per day just to survive, if you were on a short diet you could eat 1200 calories a day at the lowest but if you decide to do that please no more than a few weeks at a time. Your should try eating arounf 1300 calories and exercising also feel free to consume some of those exercise calories back as your body will need them!
