Starting to diet and exercise at 26

Hi! I'm Ashley and I am here because I am overweight. I joined a gym Monday and have since tried to eat healthier. I want to be able to fit into clothes that are stylish and cute. I want to be able to run around with my nieces and my future children. My boyfriend joined with me and has started making healthier choices also. So hopefully we can still to this and start having more energy and tone up some.

    Hi Ashley, I'm about to turn 67, lost 50 lbs several years ago and have kept it off. I eat a balanced diet and exercise at least 5 days a week. Feel free to add me as a friend for support.
