Holiday Exercise

Hi All,

Have been doing really well of late, and am at my lowest weight in about 8 years!! Feeling super healthy and motivated - and am looking forward to my overseas holidays in August.

I am starting to get nervous about putting a heaps of weight back on while on holidays :(

I am away for a period of 6 weeks - and will only have gym access in abut half the places we are staying.

I need tips for keeping slim on holidays - and good 'hotel room' or 'beach' workouts i can do. I need to make sure i arrive back from holidays looking just as fabulous as i will when i leave :)

    I heard running on the beach is great exercise. You could always try that. You can also do yoga from anywhere. While it doesn't burn a lot of calories it is great for getting those long lean muscles. And it is relaxing.
