Newbie to the forum

Hi all, I'm new to the forum but a long time yo yo dieter. At the start of 2014 I went from 208lbs and over a 4 month period went down to 172lbs, which is my ideal weight. Now for the bad news, over the last 4 or 5 months I have fallen off the wagon in a big way and have put back on 23lbs. So I'm now back on it with a real focus.
Ive never used the forum before but hoping to get some help, tips and encouragement to help me on the way.

Here is a bucket load of useful information for you, seriously if you take the time to read the information and apply it in real life you will see great results and get a more optimal usage out of mfp.
