I want to get into the best shape that I ever can be within 3 months of time. I aim to eat healthy and exercise 5 days a ago. Once an avid runner, I was very fit but off late have let myself go. Keen to get back to my usual self, I need some support and a sense of community as I tend to fall back into old habits very easily. I don't eat much but do snack on unhealthy food and so far finding it difficult to maintain my exercise routine. Feel free to send a friend request as this is a journey we would be taking together.
