Just signed up today for this website! I aim to get fitter in 3 months time by eating healthy food and exercising regularly. My main culprits are snacking, lack of routine in running and giving up too quickly. Once an avid runner, I was very fit and would love to go back to my old shape. It seems my soul hasn't been nourished for a while! Please feel free to stop by and send some encouraging words as a sense of community is very important to me. This is a journey we all are taking together. I am looking to make friends here who are equally motivated to reach their goal. I need to lose 6 or 7 kgs to get back to my old self which was 50 kgs.
