hi, I could use some more pals, especially working parents of young kids---it's a challenge to balance everything!

Hi, I have a busy life style and although my son is grown up now, feel free to connect if that helps.

It's challenging! My son is six, and so many of my days with him are hectic beyond belief. That said, it's totally doable. Occasionally frustrating, but doable. :D

I have a 2 and 4 year old and work full time. Sometimes its like a major thing just to survive the day. lol. Feel free to send me a friend request.

I'm kind of on calorie counting hiatus right now. I've hurt something in one of my legs and until the doctors figure out what ails me I can't exercise. It's totally stressing me out, so I'm just eating at maintenance right now. (I see the doctor today after the last round of tests so I'm hoping for good news and being cleared to run again).

I have a 3 yr old and work full time. I wake up at 4.45am - pack our lunches, get both of us ready for work and scl and we're out the door by 6.15am to deal with morning rush hour. I prefer to pack my meals and snacks so I can maintain my cals

I work from 7am- 3.30pm most days so I pick my son up and I'm home by 4.30. I work out at home doing workout dvds ...I aim for no more than 90mins. My son plays with his toys or on ipad or sometimes cheers me on. Thankfully he understands this is mommy time.

By the time his dad is at home (he works later), I'm finished with my workout and we can have some family time.

It's hectic and can be tiring but it is worth it. Wkds I look forward to sleeping in till about 6 to 7 am. Lol

I'm a working mom of two girls 6 and 3. Dad works too and life is super hectic. Trying desperately to juggle career and family and find time to be active. Just now waking up to reality that 90 minutes at the gym won't work for me on a regular basis. Would love to connect and share encouragement.

I'm a working mom & my husband too. We have 2 kids, my son is 25 and our daughter together is 10. And on top of that I have to commute by mass transit to work. I don't get home until 6:45, husband is already there helping our daughter with homework and starting dinner. So yeah, its hectic in our household.

In order to get my workouts done, with no distractions I have to do them I get up at 5:15 am! Finally, at 7 weeks, its not as hard getting up that early and I feel better the rest of the day knowing I got my workout done and out of the way.

Once you get your routine down, it does get easier.
