Anyone on here doing Les Mills Combat?

So here i am back at day 1! The realisation that my sisters wedding is only 5 months away, and my outfit dont fit! So have decided to do Les Mills Combat 6 days a week till then, hoping it really helps trim me down... anyone ever done the full 60 days with great results? any tips etc would be great, need all the motivation i can get :smile:

    Hey! I love Les Mills Combat! I'm on my second round doing the Ultimate Warrior's schedule. I did the regular schedule to start and here were my results:

    Height: 5'7"

    Round 1
    12/28/14: 181
    3/7/15: 168.6
    Total: -12.4 pounds

    Chest: -2.25"
    R. Arm: -.5"
    L. Arm: -.5"
    Waist: -3.25"
    Hips: -3.25"
    R. Thigh: -2.75"
    L. Thigh: -2.75"
    Total: -15.25"

    I started my second round on 3/9 and am down 4.6 pounds so far :smile: If you follow the workouts and keep your eating healthy, you can have great results! It's also strengthened my core, legs and arms so much. You'll have a blast doing it - good luck!
