75lbs Milestone :)

I hit the 75lbs lost milestone today! I have 10 more to lose to get to my UGW.
I just wanted to share my success in hopes to motivate anyone out there who is struggling. I was only 23 years old when I saw 234.2lbs on the scale (I'm 5'10). I was so overwhelmed, thinking "how will I EVER get THAT much weight off?". I could have just said "forget it" and let myself balloon even further, but I didn't.
My tips for those with more to lose:
-Make small goals (eg, focus on losing 5lbs) so you don't get overwhelmed by the big picture
-if you have a bad day, get right back on track asap! One bad day or even one bad week won't ruin all your progress, but a few bad months might
-don't deprive yourself; still have the things you love, just adjust portion sizes
-drink water!!!!
-be patient and give yourself time; time will pass anyway, and you will get where you want to be eventually!!
-small loses add up!!!
-be kind to yourself, you are only human and no one is perfect
If anyone wants to add me as a friend or needs some extra motivation, feel free to add me
Thanks everyone
