Hi just joined this today..want to lose at least 30 pounds but when i get bored or nervous i munch.also v ery bad night time mucher..lol would love encouragement and friends to help me through this..I am 52 yrs old and have had numerouse surgeries and illnesses that helpedme gain this weight..thanks and have a great day0
