30 day shred

i started day 1 today! just wanna ask some people who have done it before, if it is good enough to be done alone or do some other workouts? thanks

    You will get results, but these will be limited. You can't really continue it beyond the 30 days because, mixing in cardio or not, you are basically doing the same short work out for weeks.
    I think people are quite polarised on how difficult it is. There are the modified moves, which make it more accessible for some. For others, it's pretty much a blogilates workout where you're only expected to do one, instead of mixing it up.

    I'd recommend mixing in another workout you find on Youtube to vary it for maximum results.
