Lets all face it, there is no pill that will make us thin. I finally found a program that works and I am loving the results! I workout 20-30 minutes a day and eat clean. If you want to know how I'm doing it feel free to contact me. I am down 20 and want to help others do the same.

Hi I too have found a program that works, and I have lost 90lbs since last September. No big secret, calories in less than energy out and I didn't have to buy any products at all. No pills, no shakes, no supplements just good healthy food washed down with a bit of willpower. I eat between 1500 and 1800 a day so not starving either.0

They all work. The real key is finding something you can do for the rest of your life. Deprivation of any kind ...never works.
