Lets all face it, there is no pill that will make us thin. I finally found a program that works and I am loving the results! I workout 20-30 minutes a day and eat clean. If you want to know how I'm doing it feel free to contact me. I am down 20 and want to help others do the same.

    Hi I too have found a program that works, and I have lost 90lbs since last September. No big secret, calories in less than energy out and I didn't have to buy any products at all. No pills, no shakes, no supplements just good healthy food washed down with a bit of willpower. I eat between 1500 and 1800 a day so not starving either.

    They all work. The real key is finding something you can do for the rest of your life. Deprivation of any kind ...never works.

    Eat less and move more . Simple.
