    It's a great site with all the support you could want. Just be honest with yourself about what you're eating and what you're burning for calories.

    Welcome! Like most everything in life, you'll reap what you sow. Put in the work, be honest with yourself, log everything you eat and you'll be successful. A few pointers:
    1. Babysteps! Make small, sustainable changes, turn them into habits and then make another small change. Don't overwhelm yourself trying to change everything overnight.
    2. Patience! Changing your body takes time.
    3. What you eat will determine your weight. Cardio is for fitness. Strength training is for muscle mass.
