Welcome! Like most everything in life, you'll reap what you sow. Put in the work, be honest with yourself, log everything you eat and you'll be successful. A few pointers:
- Babysteps! Make small, sustainable changes, turn them into habits and then make another small change. Don't overwhelm yourself trying to change everything overnight.
- Patience! Changing your body takes time.
- What you eat will determine your weight. Cardio is for fitness. Strength training is for muscle mass.
