Come to realize I fell off track for 15months I was 250 went down to 150 now back up to 170somthung bla well back at it I guess this time my goal is 140

Good luck to you. You definitely can do it. I was 187 lbs in 2009 and got down to 135 in a year. Over the course of the last two years I found myself at 161. I've worked my butt off this week over spring break and am at 153 lbs. I think small goals are better. Reach for 160. My goal is 150 and I've got three days to go. Good luck to you. It's not that bad when you get back into the groove of it.0
