How long did it take you to see a difference in your body?

I've been weight training, lifting heavy, but I'm around your height and I noticed a difference around only 5 lbs - over the course of 3 months. I would start measuring yourself! Also maybe pick a set of clothing to use for periodic photos. I have a pair of yoga pants and a sports bra that I use and it really helps me see any small change because it's the same pair of clothing.0
