been a lurker here and commented here and there.
Posting this as finding it hard at minute got back from doctors im back on anti-depressants and sleeping pills and need further tests for immune system as having constant colds 6th one in 3 months and other symptoms.
also having a lot of pain in both knees and lower back from walking let alone my exercises, I have gained 4 lbs in last 2-3 weeks
i went from 88.9kg down to 82.0kg now back up to 84kg which doesnt help my mood of late
