Lul I'm surprised enough when someone knows how to use both of those last two abbreviations correctly...0 -
Let us take some time to re focus on the topic at hand. As I mentioned, DIET is a big word that I feel restricts the mind and body from achieving its full abilities.
I do not wish to promote eating three boxes of pizza every weekend and a whole bucket of ice cream (although maple walnut or bubble gum would do the job right now) I am simply stating my opinion and that is,
With the right kind of motivation you can enjoy the entire grocery list without feeling, umm guilty. Smart and healthy choices still need to be made on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis but there's no reason to discount a quality ice cream and netflix session with Channing Tatum.
Again Herbalife in the grand scheme of things is there to promote a healthy lifestyle and choices and you can't really argue with that. I have recently heard some negative press on the business end if that influences your decision at all.
From a personal view, DIET is an ugly word in the weight loss world. Really grinds my gears when I hear people say just eat this and you will lose weight no need for a gym even. Ahhhhhhhhh of course there is need for a gym my Fitness Pals!

In the grand scheme of things, Herbalife is out to promote a healthy bottom line for Herbalife.

I agree with my own statement that in in the end it is promoting a healthy lifestyle but I think that can be achieved with simple common sense and some research0
