    I know the feeling, I love food all kinds of food. I have changed the way I shop and I have a family of five so they eat what I eat. Add if you would like.

    I'm big and swear since I started a diet it's like the food talks to me. Like mmmm ya know ya want me. Plus I feel like I'm starving. I eat on every emotion. Changing is hard. I have always been a big girl. I'm tired of it.
