i really want to enter in a bikini fitness competition and was wondering if anyone has any advice?!

    Try posting in the fitness section of the forums, and maybe be a little more specific. What's your current fitness level? What kind of questions do you have? What kind of advice do you want? I think there are some competitors that use the forums. I also am planning to do a competition later this year. Good luck :-)
