It varies every week based on my schedule. This week is-

Mon- bike + body weight (push-ups, pull-ups, planks, dips, hand stands)

    Tue- run + dumbbell

    Wed- bike + body weight

    Thur- run + physio ball

Fri- stand up paddle boarding + snorkeling (Considered a rest day)

Sat- open water swim + short hike + easy run

    Sun- all day kayak

Mon- bike OR rest day depending on HR and how I feel.

An ideal week would include training M-Sa with Sunday being a yoga day. I take one scheduled rest day a week. If my heart rate is elevated I take an extra day as needed.

Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday I run 35-2 hours (depending on my distance goal that day).
I strength train every day but Thursday and Sunday (Sunday is a long run day and if I don't rest afterwards, the rest of the week is shot).
Wednesday I cross train with 35 minutes on the elliptical.
Thursday is my rest day.

Monday, Thurs, Sun- 2 hour long sessions of martial arts(aikido) each day
Everything else is just my work life. 2-6 horses hooves trimmed on a "day off" and 5 days a week of 7.5 hours animal husbandry.

Sometimes I throw in some extra walking or get a chance to go horseback riding.

I don't get many actual rest days. Maybe 2/month.
