Cameback from a trip and having difficulites refocusing on nutrition. My 3 things are: log nutrition, challenge self in gym, make a new short term goal.

    Hi:

    You need to regroup and decide if you are ready . My suggestion is make your priorities on what makes you happy. Start with the nutrition plan and have some activity , not necessarily at the gym. If you need to have a short term goal, make it achievable, realistic and timebound

    I regrouped...back in the gym and routine of things. Still struggle with the sweets
