was doing great with MFP before Christmas and lost 15lbs, I had a gain at Christmas but was all gone by the end of January, but now I've stalled, gaining and losing the same few pounds.
I feel confused with all the advice out there of how many calories I should eat not eat, even looked at WW and slimming world but I know these are not for me.
When I'm focused I eat around 1500 cals a day, run 3 times a week (between 5 and 10K a time)I sometimes eat back some of the calories but try eat back fuel I need as opposed to treats.
5ft tall and 12st 7lbs ( 175lbs)
I guess I need some accountability but don't know where to find it, I know it should be me but something is missing at the mo'.
Phew feel better just for writing it down, Ive never posted before!

What's the calorie goal MFP gives you? And how accurate are you with your logging?
Do you log absolutely everything and are you using a food scale?

Eat at the calories you were out when you were actually losing and eat that many.0

the goal is 1200 from mfp but its just not sustainable for me on run days, I'm hungry.
Im trying to look at my old diary entries to see what I did actually eat, because it did work and I know I didn't find it that hard........ I just need a serious chat with myself and get back to reality.
Thank you both for replying0
