Hello there,
Following a naughty...in food terms...Christmas and Easter I looked down and noticed a wee tummy overlapping my feet which was the kick-up-the-butt that I needed to get back into exercise and healthy eating choices. I am currently enjoying the 30 day shred and have decreased my portion sizes/snacking as our family eats healthily and avoids processed foods as well as those high in saturated fats.
Well that's pretty much my intro & I wish you all the best in your fitness aims/goals
