Go-to healthy high calories

With the high volume running I find it tougher to eat the right additional calories to maintain my calories goals for the day (currently trying to lose 5 pounds by Memorial Day race). I don't want to cut more calories nor would I like to add higher calories from foods like donuts and other Foods like that.
