I wear converse when im doing strength training. For cardio i use the elliptical. Is it okay to wear my cons on the elliptical or should i change in to running shoes?

Sure, why not. You can even run in them if they're comfortable. I do.0

I agree with Cherimoose. If you find you have sore knees or ankles after elliptical that will tell you that you need to do something different.0
