Hi all! I started my journey back in January. The first month seemed to be the hardest to remember to log everything and to remember to log period. It took a while for me to see anything other than scale victories, those still felt good though. About the end of February I went from changing diet only to starting in on my overall fitness. Didn't want to dive into the deep end when I was just learning to swim. I've since been going to the gym 3 times a week for about 90 minutes a time. I did about 45 minutes on the stationary bike and then I started lifting the second week. I actually enjoy both. Well, since starting on here I am down 48.8lbs and 54.8lbs total.

Today I started Farrell's. It's a class that meets 6 times a week and alternates between kickboxing cardio and strength training with bands. They also go through your nutrition and tell you where you need to make improvements. I'm hoping this will help to keep me motivated.
