Other options for carbs?

Heya,
Started having real concentration/fatigue problems of late (not ideal as I'm juggling two degree courses at the minute, I can't fall behind in my studies), looking at a breakdown on MFP I'm consistently missing my carb targets (as an aside it's a real PITA to check on the mobile app).
Problem is, I can't stand sweet things and I'm just not hungry very often, so I'm having trouble making up the shortfall.
Does anyone have any go-to's for carb dense stuff that's easy to stomach? From past experience stuff like Tri-Carb works, but that's too expensive for day to day use.
Cheers.

If you are fine with Tri-carb (I think that's a drink, right?) and I see Red Bull in your diary, how about some good old juice (orange, apple, grape, etc.)? Or, do you like fruit at all? I'm not a fruit or sweets person myself, but I *know* my body and mind are happy when I eat some, so I will eat my tangerines and bananas daily.
Otherwise, just incorporate more "easy to eat" carb sources into your meals throughout the day--potatoes, bread, tortillas, pasta, rice. Generally speaking, eating more carbs like these throughout the day improves one's appetite, as well. Good luck!0 -
Consume more sandwiches or beans or fruit or milk.
I don't know, your problem is foreign to me. I'm the opposite--left to my own devices I would eat too many carbs.

Thanks All,
I should probably elaborate; normally I eat far too much starchy stuff (rice/bread/dry cereal mainly) and when I'm stressed (which is far too often). When I'm training (which makes me a *lot* better mentally, so I'm loathe to stop) I stop feeling like eating, period, but crave protein. Weird I know.
In both cases I can't stand juice or fruit; any time I've really felt myself crashing I either turn to energy drinks (which I don't like) or dextrose tablets (when I can find them).
I hit the store just now and picked up a few of the alternatives people have mentioned; hopefully something might work.0
