Fat loss comes from what and how much you eat. Maintaining proper macros and consuming less calories than your body needs/uses (approximately 500 calorie deficit per day leads to approximately 1 pound of loss per week).

Exercise should be based on other fitness and health goals (muscle mass/strength, cardiovascular, mobility, balance, agility, speed, etc.). Once you’ve established your goal(s), then you can plan a program. With any health and fitness program, you should start easy and slowly progress as your body gets comfortable with the exercises.

So, what health and fitness goal(s) do you have?

i saw on a documentary recently that a good way to burn FAT is to workout hard ie. running, cycling etc at a pace that you find hard (but not too difficult) for two minutes and then having a one minute rest, and repeating this 7 times - a total of 20 minutes is a good way to burn fat.

doing this also makes you burn more fat throughout the day for up to 24hrs doing regular tasks.
