supplement advice!! Plus when to run/cardio/train?

HI there, need help just about to start a 60cap course of CLA and then 90 caps of thermopure to try drop my body fat percentage. i know you are supposed to take these with meals but i usually do my run pre-breakfast. should i still run at this time or eat breakfast with the supplements then run/train? any other advice about how to take these supplements and maximise their use would be much appreciated!
