How often do you work out ladies? I used to work out 6times a week, but lately i've started thinking it might be top much ( Insanity + walk to work about 45 -50 min per day )

Exercise is a lifestyle change for me. I will need it to help keep the weight from creeping back up.
The amount of exercise that is right for you will depend on your goals. My goals are to keep lean muscle while eating at a deficit (and maintain that muscle into old age). So I make sure to strength train. I do some cardio to keep a decent endurance level, and I do a little yoga to keep my flexibility and balance. That gives me a few extra calories to help maintain any weight loss.
It's all about your goals.0 -
I run everyday (between 4-5 miles) And add an additional walk multi times a week.0

3 nights a week at the dojo. Six hours total. If I could I would definitely do more. Over the next few weeks that will increase a little since I am preparing for my shodan test.0

Lift 3 days a week (NROLFW) and do C25K 3 days a week.0

Jillian Michael's "Ripped in 30" 3-4 times per week and run/walk 5-6 times per week.0

I try to do something 6 days a week....I usually always aim for my fitbit goal, which would be about 45-60 mins of walking. I'm trying to get back into doing weights. I just don't love them My problem is...I exercise & then I eat back So, I think I personally should just focus on my eating for now.0

I try to get in my 10,000 steps per day whether that be from walking or running. I lift weights 2-3 times per week. I run 3-4 days per week with one 10K+ on the weekend and the rest 5K runs (all runs are longer during race season).0

I try to do something most days too, I go to a pilates class twice a week, go for walks or bike rides with hubby, swim laps once a week, last night we did weights at home. I haven't gotten a fitbit or fitness tracker yet to track steps. Keeping that in my "back pocket" for when I need a boost!0

I get 10k steps 6 days a week. How I do that depends on the day, I may do it during my daily activities or I may take a purposeful walk. In addition I swim laps for an hour and go straight into a 50 minute water aerobics class 3 times a week.0

I work out daily. The past two weeks have been a little off for me because of traveling.0
