Changing routines

Just looking for thoughts. I am changing up my weight training routine for more lifestyle flexibility. I just tried out push/pull/legs for my first week and hated it so I am going back to isolating body parts and weightlifting 5 days a week but that would mean combining arms (biceps/triceps) in the same day. Is this something that anyone finds beneficial or is it better to keep them to their own individual days?

Should be fine to keep them together if you want. Personally, I do a 4 day split with Back/Biceps, Legs, Chest/Triceps and Shoulders/Traps (and I throw in Deadlift on shoulder/trap day). I love it.0
