    Sprint for 45 seconds, hop off the treadmill and do 10 burpees! Rest for 45-60 seconds and repeat 10 times.

    I make mine up. Normally they go something like this. 15 pushups 15 pull-ups, 20 weighted crunches. 15 goblet squats (30 lb) 10 burpees, 2 min jumping rope. Do it 10 rounds. You can mix up whatever you want the trick is to do it without stopping. :D.
