silly/semi-embarrassing question

I did not technically work out today, but I did do something outside the realm of "sedentary" which is what i have set for my profile. We have a very large (would fit 2 cars), awning on our back patio. I went up and down the ladder many times, at least an hour, but not consecutively, putting up christmas lights for ambient lighting. How do I log that? I'm 20 calories away from reaching my 1,200 calorie goal and will probably need a snack later, since dinner was beans and a little cheese. Any input is much appreciated!

Maybe log it as stair climbing? I've seen an exercise that was something like "moving boxes, up stairs"

I think it's 300 calories an hour, quick add calories.

You don't have to log the exercise. Don't let that red scare you. If you'd like a snack later, have a snack. Just don't make a habit of going a little over every day.

i wouldn't log it at all. but if you are actually extra hungry later today, feel free to have a nice low calorie snack and go over your calories.
