    Just 6lbs to go, I'm so proud of everyone that has been able to do this. I never thought in a million years I'd have to lose 100lbs, never mind actually losing it.

    I did, but I gained about 10 back, I'm about 92/93 now :/ but working hard to get back down to 100+ lost!!

    It took me a little over a year but I did it and then some. Took a lot of hard work and good support system.

    I've maintained 120+ pounds lost for almost two years.

    My boyfriend has also maintained a loss of over 120 pounds for a long time, and he also uses MFP.

    I lost 2 pounds somewhere. But I know exactly where the rest of them are: stacked in the corner on the gym floor.

    well since i joined mfp i have lost up to 11 and gained back 5, 4 of which is actual muscle weigh :) but in the last 17 months i've lost 160 lbs and i find using mfp helps me be more accurate with tracking what goes in and out

    9 months in, 116 pounds down, about 40-50 (?) more to go.
    Former couch potato now training for a 10K.
    Cuh-razy, right?

    No surgery. Just counting calories and exercising. And a 12-step program for food addiction. :)
