I'm sure my story isn't unique, but here goes: I work 'on the road' about 7 - 8 months a year, and my schedule fluctuates a lot. Sometimes I'm in an area with a fitness center/gym, and sometimes I'm on my own. I'll be 44 this summer, but I'm not ready to get soft yet! I'm in decent shape for my age, but I can tell my arms and chest are smaller, while my belly is trying to come back! Add me, and help a brother out!

Traveling makes it so much harder, I travel for work as well. My worst year I was gone 6 months, usually home weekends. The good thing is that I don't have access to food in the hotel like I would at home so the late night temptation isn't as strong.0

I have to agree with that... late night snacking is always a problem. My biggest thing is eating healthy while I'm gone. Whenever you work 12 or more hours every day, it is tempting to just go through a drive through on your way back to the hotel.0
