Weight: I had reached my goal weight of 150 lbs. on Dec. 17, 2013. According to MFP, that would place my net calories at 1600 for maintenance.

Between days 451 and 480 inclusive my weight averaged 149 and ranged from 148 (March 18 and 21, April 3 and 5-6) to 150 (March 25 and 27-31, April 10). This marks the smallest variation among all the 30-day periods.

My average exercise calories burned for this period equaled 402/day, with the highest burn being 556 on Mar. 28 (representing both stationary cycling and yard work).
