Prisoner Squats

i have started doing two sets of 30 prisoner squats a day. Thinking of adding a third set & building until I get to 100. What's an ideal # & frequency for this exercise? Any one know?

    Why not try to hold the squats for longer? For example: down in 2 seconds, hold for 2 seconds, come up in 1 second.
