Hello all! Last week I tried to start a small group of ladies that need to lose at least 50 lbs but no one was posting even though 8 people joined the group. I like to post daily mini challenges and check in daily about following plan, exercise, recipes etc.0

I want to lose 60. I started using this app and working out (treadmill 4x per week for 60-75 minutes) last tuesday. down 4 pounds already. Low carb..high healthy protein..low fat ground chicken, turkey and plenty of fresh veggies/fruits .I am normally in the 155-160 range but due to an emotional 4 years, i gained 50 pounds. Ughh...but i WILL succeed...failure is no longer an option. You can do this...0
