keep dieting or what?

I have reached a good healthy weight for my height and have a bmi of 19 but i still y have thigh and belly fat do you know some tips and should i keep on my 1200 calorie diet or try maintaining? i'm so confused

    IMO go to maintain. Then go to the gym and lift.

    you are 5 foot 5 inches at 119 pounds and your abs according to the photo look great. I believe healthy eating and exercise are a way of life and that you really can't ever stop doing either. Calories now are needed to maintain your wt. Best wishes and congratulations on getting healthier.

    I think you should absolutely go to maintenance. 1200 calories is too low for you forever and exercising is what tones you up. So.... congrats on your weight loss and now its time to live your life on maintenance ;-):flowerforyou:
