Losing Weight While Sick

Hello! I work with children so I'm pretty much always sick no matter how much iron, vitamin C, Zinc, and other vitamins I take. Before I started this job, I would work out almost every day and it was great, but now that I'm sick, what should I do? I haven't gained pounds or inches, but I used to look more toned. Should I just count calories until I feel better or should I push through it with some low impact workouts?
Any advice is welcome

If my symptoms are above the neck, I'll usually work out. Below the neck, nope. If I stay home from work, I stay on the couch.
The important thing is to listen to your body. If you're too tired or feel too bad, then skip it.0
