Hypothyroid and frustrated

Hi everyone, my name is Lily and I'm happy to be here. I am not new to the world of eating healthy And exercising. I've been doing it for years. However, in the past 3-4 years I've had exceptionally low thyroid levels and nothing is working anymore. I take meds, which minimally raise my hormone levels, but I just keep gaining weight. I eat the recommended amount of calories, I exercise 4-5 x a week. Is anyone else going through a similar situation? And is there anything that can be fine to help? My doctors are no help and have no suggestions other than what i already do. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you everyone!
