Fathers Day - 10 week weight loss challenge

Hey Dads,
Let's challenge ourselves to lose some weight as a Father's Day gift to ourselves. 10weeks.
It's simple really, State your current and goal weight and provide Sunday weigh-in updates. We'll discuss progress and daddy related weight loss challenges during the week.

Your first post should mention a little about yourself your goal and how you plan to achieve it. Looking forward to it!

SW - 230lbs
GW - 215lbs

I'm a 37yr old husband and father of two little boys (2.5 yrs and 2 weeks!). With work (engineer) and the newborn, my eating and exercise (running) habits have been somewhat erratic. I hope this challenge provides some accountability.
Strategy:
Run 15miles per week
Track food (<2300cal/day)
Alcohol no more than once every 14days
Eat ~200gr protein a day
