I was having a conversation with a friend of mine earlier about UTIs (urinary tract infections) and what caused them, how you get rid of them and how they can be prevented. I wondered if there was a link between an excess/deficiency of certain parts of the diet as well as how we deal with menstruation, if anyone would like to fill out this survey it'd possibly help me work out why I get them so frequently and why she only gets them when she doesn't pee after sex. Thanks ![:3 :3](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/blush.png)
