As my son says when we are playing anything. He always tells me to do my best and own it like a boss! Like when we are playing baseball. He tells me to own the ball like a boss and show it where to go! (I am not the best at throwing).
If we are playing a video game he tells me to own my character like a boss and tell it what to do!

So this is a new week! Own it like a boss! Make yourself work out! Make yourself eat right! Own it like a boss and make it happen!
