Almost a week in...again

Been almost a week since I started this journey, again. Did this last year and had great results. Got off track and now trying to get back on track. Forgot how much I enjoy controlling what I eat and how I can fit in things I want. I was able to have a S'more last night and not blow my calories out of the water (and an alcoholic beverage - yum!). Made cinnamon rolls for my family this morning and no desire for them. These little victories are what are keeping me motivated. Hoping this time I do not get de-railed and if I do..I do not wait so long to jump back on board! Have a great day, everyone!
