Polar FT40 question

Just got one used on ebay (no manual) and was curious Is there a way to transfer my data from my watch to my laptop?
Also I lifted for 30 minutes today and got a calorie burn of 230 cal. Does that sound accurate?

Just look for the Polar website, should be able to find the manual online. I recently bought a new Polar FT4 and the box had a mini manual, but I had to go online for the full one.0
