Where can I find serving size and number of portions per day. Specifically for 1200 calorie plsn5

Ditto above. I sometimes buy a menu plan from Happy Herbivore that is already made to fit 1,200 calories a day. And you can cook the week's meals in a couple of hours if you like to have them ready ahead of time. I don't follow it exactly, but I love how filling the meals are, and they aren't too hard to adapt for a non-vegetarian.0

General rule, 5 serving a day for produce. Invest in a food scale. I always go over 5 a day for produce though.0
